Follow the steps below to set up your ServiceTitan integration.
NOTE: The process to set up the ServiceTitan integration does require assistance from a Linxup representative. To set up your ServiceTitan integration, please call 877-732-4980 or email support@linxup.com to schedule a call.
What ServiceTitan Offers
Live Location: Dispatch Board and Map
- See when the device was last heard from and how long your technicians have been at the job.
- View your technician's location along with the appointments chosen for that date range.
Auto Arrive
- Dispatched technicians with GPS-enabled devices are automatically arrived when they are within 125 meters of a job service location.
- This ensures an accurate amount of time working on a job.
- This feature is enabled by default.
- Ensure your technicians have a GPS device assigned to them.
- This feature is available for administrators, managers, technicians.
- Permissions is required by the account administrator to enable this feature.
Technician Zone Assignment
- Technician Zone color automatically changes based on the Zone the technician is currently in vs assigned Zones for easier dispatch decisions.
- This requires optional dispatch board configuration.
- Please contact ServiceTitan rep for more information.
ServiceTitan Setup
Finding your Tenant ID
- Log into the ServiceTitan customer portal.
- Select the Settings gear icon in the top right corner.
- Select ‘Integrations’ from the left menu.
- Select ‘API Application Access.’
- Provide your tenant ID to us at Linxup and we will add it to our app settings in ServiceTitan.

Add GPS Provider
- On ServiceTitan, select ‘Integrations’ from the left menu.
- Select ‘GPS.’
- Select ‘Add.’
- On the Name dropdown menu, select ‘GPS Open API’ and save.
- The rest of the fields can be left blank.


NOTE: This is where you will map ServiceTitan technicians to Linxup devices, in the ‘Devices’ tab.
Connect Linxup in ServiceTitan
- Select ‘Integrations.’
- Select ‘API Application Access.’
- Select ‘Connect New App.’
- Select ‘Linxup’ and select ‘Connect.’
- In the dropdown menu, select the ‘GPS Open API provider’ and then select ‘Allow Access.’


Add Devices in ServiceTitan
- On ServiceTitan, select ‘Integrations’ from the left menu.
- Select ‘GPS.’
- Select ‘Add.’
- Select ‘Devices.’
- Enter the IMEI (device number found on the device) and select the technician.

Linxup will complete the integration on our side. You will know the integration is complete when you see the ServiceTitan column on the ‘Tracker Setup’ tab on your Linxup portal.
NOTE: The ServiceTitan column on the ‘Tracker Setup’ tab shows which devices have ServiceTitan enabled, meaning they have been added on ServiceTitan.
